Maintaining a diverse mix of fauna and flora across the farms is key to our approach in farming sustainably and regeneratively.
Commitment to sustainability
By utilising cover crops on what would be bare land over winter, gives us the ability to contain valuable soil within the field while providing a habitat for wildlife over winter and an aesthetically pleasing view for locals and passers-by to enjoy.
Other areas of the farms are managed to provide summer pollen and nectar food sources or over-winter bird food. Specialist mixes are drilled to provide the necessary flora to accomplish this.
